There will be an update to the case log in the 2026 annual report. The following categories will be updated under lumbosacral case/procedure types:

• “ALIF or OLIF” will be updated to “ALIF with LLIF or OLIF”
• “PLIF, TLIF or LLIF” will be updated to “PLIF or TLIF”
