CAST: NEWS
NEW SPRING 2023– UPDATED APPLICATION CYCLE
CAST has historically had two application cycles per year for new applications, five year renewals, complement changes and/or site changes. However, that is changing in 2023.
The Spring Cycle will be available for new fellowship applications, as well as renewal applications (when needed).
The Spring Cycle remains opens January 1st and closes February 28th
The Fall Cycle that previously went from August 1st through September 30th has been discontinued as of February 2023. Five year renewal applications will no longer be required starting the fall of 2023 as CAST is moving to continuous accreditation with the yearly Annual Report. As long the program’s yearly Annual Report is found to be in compliance, accreditation will be continued for another year. If the Annual Report has serious concerns and/or results in probation, a renewal application could be required which would be submitted during the following Spring Cycle.
Complement changes and site changes will be available in the Annual Report application, so a separate renewal application will no longer be required for those.
