Spring Applications
The spring application cycle will be open yearly from January 1 through February 28. This cycle is when new fellowship applications may be submitted.
Annual Report
All CAST accredited fellowship programs are required to complete an Annual Report application each year to maintain accreditation. The Annual Report cycle opens on June 1st and closes on July 31st. If the Annual Report shows the program to be out of compliance, the program may have to submit a new application during the next spring cycle application period.
Starting in 2023, programs will be able to request a complement change or site changes within the Annual Report application.

Pediatric Neurosurgery Fellowships are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pediatric Neurosurgery Fellowships (ACPNF) and all pediatric neurosurgery fellowship accreditation decisions are made by the ACPNF.
